Includes domestic and international trips ranging from 2 to 14 days

Essential Functions

The operations coordinator trainee will

  • Ensure vessels are crewed according to flag state regulations.
  • Ensure crew changes are scheduled and conducted.
  • Ensure vessels are well maintained.
  • Review company PM Program to ensure tasks assigned are completed.
  • Ensure that payroll is accurate and submitted as required.
  • Review maintenance and grocery logs.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for crewmembers on board each vessel.
  • Be available for on-call schedule. Duties include taking care of all the vessels in the division after business hours and on weekends when the office is closed.
