Responsibility and Essential Functions

The RMC condition-based maintenance analyst

• Monitors performance-related data such as vibration analysis, lube oil analysis, pressures and temperatures trending, power consumption, etc., in real time and identifies possible problems.
• Identifies technical problems in equipment and monitoring systems.
• Provides equipment performance analysis reports and recommends corrective actions.

Requirements

The RMC condition-based maintenance analyst must have

• A degree or certification in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, control and automation engineering, or related area.
• Advanced knowledge in condition-based maintenance technologies and condition monitoring technologies.
• Experience in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of condition-monitoring systems.
